Our Story Starts with Breast Cancer Familes

Our Story

What started as a small idea has grown into a powerful city tradition.

The Pink Pumpkin Run was created with one goal in mind — to support local individuals and families affected by breast cancer in a meaningful, direct way.

Through passion, dedication, and the power of community, this event has grown year after year, bringing people together for something truly special.

Why We Do This

We believe no one should face breast cancer alone.

That’s why we focus on supporting people right here in our local neighborhoods  — offering both financial assistance and emotional encouragement during one of life’s most difficult times.

This is about more than awareness.
This is about action.

Our Supporters Makes It Possible

We're excited to invite you to be part of the 12th Annual Pink Pumpkin Run taking place on October 3, 2026. This year, we're building on everything that has made the event so special - bringing back crowd favorites like live music, local food, family-friendly activities, shopping and sweet treats.

Thanks to all your love and support, 2025 was a record-breaking year, welcoming over 750 participants. Even more meaningful, more than $300,000 has been given to individuals and families in Washington and Dodge Counties.

While the event itself lasts just one day, the benefits continue year-round. Every dollar raised allows us to respond quickly to those in need within our community.
